This tools-specific notice explains the information used by EvoClinical's readiness tools. It supplements—not replaces—the corporate privacy policy linked below.

Information collected

Registration collects your name, company email, company name and website, and optionally your title and phone number. The service also records your privacy acknowledgement, required tool-related commercial follow-up request, separate ongoing-marketing preference, email-screening evidence, tool access, assessment answers and scores where applicable, and limited technical evidence needed for security and abuse prevention. Pricing-estimator inputs and calculated ranges are processed in memory and are not stored in the portal database. Do not submit health information, clinical subject data, payment-card data, passwords, confidential study documents, or other sensitive clinical information.

Why it is used

Required information is used to verify eligibility, provide and secure the requested tool, preserve assessment results where applicable, operate the service, and allow EvoClinical to follow up about your use of the tool, stated business needs, and related services. Access is provided only when you request that tool-related follow-up. Permission for ongoing newsletters, resources, and broader service updates is recorded separately and remains optional. You may withdraw ongoing-marketing permission at any time.

Storage and access

Portal records are stored in EvoClinical's Cloudflare environment with encryption in transit and at rest. Contact fields receive an additional application-encryption layer. Access tokens and lookup identifiers are stored as keyed hashes rather than reusable plaintext. Authorized EvoClinical personnel may review ambiguous company-domain registrations and business enquiries.
