This notice explains the information used by EvoClinical's readiness tools. It supplements the corporate privacy policy linked below.

Information collected

Registration collects your name, company email, company name and website, and optionally your title and phone number. The service also records your privacy acknowledgement, separate marketing preference, email-screening evidence, tool access, assessment answers, score, and limited technical evidence needed for security and abuse prevention. Do not submit health information, clinical subject data, payment-card data, passwords, confidential study documents, or other sensitive clinical information.

Why it is used

Required information is used to verify eligibility, provide and secure the requested tool, preserve your result, operate the service, and respond to legitimate requests. Optional marketing permission is recorded separately and is not required to use an approved tool. You may withdraw that permission without losing otherwise valid tool access.

Storage and access

Portal records are stored in EvoClinical's Cloudflare environment with encryption in transit and at rest. Contact fields receive an additional application-encryption layer. Access tokens and lookup identifiers are stored as keyed hashes rather than reusable plaintext. Authorized EvoClinical personnel may review ambiguous company-domain registrations and business enquiries.

Your choices

Contact EvoClinical using the details in the corporate privacy policy to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing permission, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
